During the holiday season, we come together to honor and to remember our loved ones in two special community celebrations. In a candlelit ceremony, we celebrate their lives through inspiring music, quiet reflections, the reading of the names of all being honored, and the lighting of the Hospice Memorial Tree. Sparkling with lights representing those who have been honored, the Hospice Memorial Tree shines throughout the season as a tribute to the ones we love.
